Across its lands, the farm showcases a generous and harmonious diversity: cereals, legumes, potatoes, berries, hemp, aromatic herbs… The herd of Ardennes red sheep, laying hens, and other animals yet to be discovered are part of a virtuous mixed-farming system, enriching the soil’s fertility and enhancing local biodiversity.

Committed to regenerative forestry, the farm allows certain plots to evolve freely, letting ecosystems restore themselves naturally.

Every day, our farm produces organic and ultra-local products that inspire and nourish our bakery, our bistro, and Pollen. Grown just a few miles from where they are processed, they offer an authentic, refined, and meaningful experience.
