POLLEN is born from the meeting of nature and emotion. Here, François Durand imagines an intuitive, local, and plant-forward cuisine, where every dish expresses the power of nature and the creativity of the chef. An experience that connects the earth, flavour, and passion.
Horaires: Open on Thursdays from 6.30 pm to 9 pm, on Fridays from 12 noon to 2 pm and from 6.30 pm to 9 pm, and on Saturdays from 6.30 pm to 9 pm. Closed from Sunday to Wednesday.
The 6-course menu is only available in the evening.
A 3-course lunch is served from 12pm to 2pm from €51/person.
